Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

Membership is open to any individual above 18 years of age. Joining fee is ₹100 (cash) or purchase of any product. Membership is non-transferable.

2. Income & Earnings

SP Foundations offers 4 income streams: Sponsor Income (₹20/referral), Autopool Income (10 poles, 6×6 matrix), Repurchase/Board Income (up to 30 labels), and NGO Donation Income (30% + 15% magic autopool).

3. Awards & Rewards

• Awards are given based on direct referrals within the specified time period.
• All awards are non-transferable and non-encashable.
• SP Foundations reserves the right to modify award criteria with prior notice.

4. Code of Conduct

Members must not engage in misleading promotion, spam, or fraudulent activities. Any violation may result in account termination.

5. Privacy

We collect and use personal data only for platform operations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Product purchases follow our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

SP Foundations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
